Hi Peter,
Thanks for attaching the full output of your make command. The following
lines I find disconcerting:
make -f Makefile.Flash -j8 BUILDFLAG=OPT USE_GPU=FALSE USE_CUDA=FALSE
USE_CUBLAS=FALSE USE_HIP=FALSE USE_ROCM=FALSE USE_ONEMKL=FALSE
USE_OACC=FALSE USE_OMP_OL=FALSE USE_OMP=FALSE MOMENT_CLOSURE=MINERBO
NEUTRINO_MATTER_SOLVER=EMAB TWOMOMENT_ORDER=ORDER_1
MICROPHYSICS=WEAKLIB
fatal: not a git repository (or any parent up to mount point /)
Stopping at filesystem boundary (GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM not set).
I just browsed your emails on the FLASH + Flash-X user support threads. I
suspect your installation of thornado is missing in your system PATH.
Have you had luck with running any Flash-X problems so far? If not, I'd
suggest starting with the Sedov problem. If you've already run the Sedov
problem, then probably checking thornado would be helpful. I'm traveling
currently, and having wifi issues at the motel, so my apologies I cannot
give you more useful help at this time.
Best wishes,
--------
Ryan
