When I try to run it on a 8 CPU core PC, it just runs with the 2 out of 8 cores where each of them uses 26.9% of memory (top command screenshot is attached). The system RAM is 8G. My question is how can I get all the CPU cores to run the problem? Do you think increasing RAM would help to get more CPU cores to run the problem? P.S. Lowering opacity files from 5 to 3 would also help me to get the run with 4 CPU cores, is there any way to monitor on how the system RAM or cache handling to open hdf5 files while running the problem?
