[Flash-X-users] Setup Internal Error

Hi,

It's been a while, some back and forth with the sysadmin for the cluster
that I am using, and we finally had a chance to get to work on it,
DeleptonizationWave is not setting up fully, it stops with these errors,

Any advice is appreciated
